Kira Radosevic is a multidisciplinary artist based on the unceded, ancestral territories of the xwməθkwəyə ̓ m, Skwxwú7mesh, and Səlí̓lwətaʔ/ Selilwitulh first nations. She received her early dance training from The Goh Ballet and Coastal City Ballet before training at the Alonzo King LINES Ballet Program in San Francisco. In 2019 she moved back to Vancouver where she’s had the privilege of working with artists such as: Khoudia Touré, Kinesis Dance Somatheatro (Soma Anima Arts), Francesca Frewer, Generous Mess, Joshua Beamish (MOVETHECOMPANY), Alexandra Caprara, Jennifer Aoki, Anais West, Jay Hamburger, Blackout Art Society, MUCCI and others. 

She continued to develop her own choreographic practice and train at Modus Operandi Contemporary Dance Program (MO) under the direction of Tiffany Tregarthen, David Raymond and Kate Franklin, graduating on a BC Arts Council Scholarship. While in MO, Kira performed new works by Justine Chambers, Nicolas Ventura, Brandon Alley, Yin Yue, and Zahra Shahab.

Kira has presented works as a dancer, actor, and visual artist at various festivals including: SKAMpede Festival, BC Culture Days, F.O.R.M. Festival, Flagstop Theatre & Arts Festival, Circle: An Art Pop-Up, and Boombox.

She’s performed across Canada and abroad in the USA, Europe, and China. 

Also a member of the Here For Now collective running the arts space Boombox, Kira works as a curator/producer and technician for shows presented at Boombox throughout the year. 

An active member of the arts community where she grew up in East Vancouver; Kira continues to work, train, and volunteer at various art spaces. She values interdisciplinary multimedia collaborations that bridge artists and audiences that would otherwise never meet, and creating spaces for strangers to connect through art and dance.
